This site has been purpose built to understand the weights of the items you buy and work out the postage accordingly. If two items can travel for the same postage cost then the shopping cart will only charge you postage once! Here at Miniature Heroes we know that postage is necessary, but that it should also be fair. You only pay for the combined weight of the items you buy, not each item.

The site works with paypal for secure, encrypted handling of your payment. This can either be via paypal, as you would an online auction transaction, or by most major credit and debit cards. Safe, quick and easy. Any questions just ask.

Returns and Exchanges Conditions

I hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item, in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell me within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item. Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order together with details of our returns process. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify me immediately by email: info@miniature-heroes.co.uk.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to me. I strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). I cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. If you require a refund I will refund the price paid by you for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to me in their original condition to my trading address within 14 working days of delivery. If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery, I will refund you the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return carriage from the original delivery point to my trading address (provided that you enclose a valid till receipt indicating such costs). Refunds will only be made against the original payment method. If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to me within 14 working days, I shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to me, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions. Please note that I cannot accept returned goods that I reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, I will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of my notification. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The Returns Process:

STEP 1. Notifying Me Of Your Intention To Return Or Cancel Your Order
Notification of your intention to cancel your order and return any goods within the period of 7 working days after the day of delivery can be done by emailing me at info@miniature-heroes.co.uk with your order details. Please note that I cannot accept returned goods that I reasonably believe have been used or packaging that is tampered with.
STEP 2. Completing The Necessary Documentation
On notification of your intention to return, I will take note of your customer order number and the description of the goods, which are being returned, this information can be found on your despatch note. I will then issue you with an authorisation number and an e-mail confirmation. Please keep a copy of this authorisation number for future reference with regards to this matter.
STEP 3. Returning The Product
Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original despatch note and a copy of your e-mail confirmation. I strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). You should retain the recorded delivery receipt in order to provide proof to me that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that I do not receive the returned parcel. I cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
STEP 4. Processing The Refund
If you have chosen a refund, I will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to me in their original condition at my trading address within 14 working days from delivery. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund from my payment-processing partner Paypal Pro. If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.

Prices

All prices indicated for products available via the Website are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and the delivery charges.
Payment can be made via Paypal or with any accepted credit or debit card

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by my system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.
• Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. You original payment method will refunded for the appropriate amount. If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please email me on info@miniature-heroes.co.uk with your order number. Please note as I generally dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this instance you would have to return your order once received in accordance with my policy.

Important information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. I reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

UK mainland orders received Monday to Thursday, will normally be dispatched in 1-3 working day for standard delivery (excluding Bank Holidays).

I am unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
For those placing orders on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I will endeavour to get the items to you as soon as I am able to access the postal service, usually the following Monday.

Delivery Options & Charges

Delivery charges are per order (delivery for most standard orders within 3-5 business days): An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
UK delivery options (orders placed Monday to Thursday excluding Bank Holidays) All goods are delivered by Royal Mail.

Option two, EU – Standard Airmail within the EU up to 100g shipping weight £1.50

All other Trade Marks not owned by us, our affiliates, our partners or our licensors that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.
The Product Designs, Images, Trade Marks, nor any other portion of the Miniature Heros Website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
Indemnity and warranty
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Miniature Heroes harmless from all liabilities, claims, actions, demands, writs, summons, (including but not limited to all legal fees) arising directly or indirectly out of any breach or alleged breach or non-performance or non-observance by the Customer of any of the terms of a relevant contract, including but not limited to these Conditions.
